CrossFit Lite members do not need to fulfill elements.
Prospective members need to know how to properly execute the movements that we use on a daily basis. Elements is your passageway into our group workouts. The course consists of three, one-on-one, personal training sessions each lasting one hour. We will discuss, demonstrate, and practice the movements. After these three sessions you may be asked to participate in a fourth session, free of charge, to nail down any loose ends.
One-time fee $35 This offer is for individuals who have past experience at another CrossFit affiliate. The goal of this one hour session is to verify sufficient knowledge and skill for the common movements found in CrossFit workouts. This session is a test and it is possible that the trainer will recommend completion of the Elements before being allowed to purchase a membership.
