Does the gym have shower facilities?
Yes, the gym has three private showers each with electical wall outlets. Another nice amenity we offer is free towel service.
Why should I pay more for CrossFit?
Unlike a regular gym, everytime you come to one of our group workouts, you will be guided by a coach the entire time. This helps to ensure the results you and we both want.
Intensity is different for every individual. Our goal is to give you the means to work at a pace that you would consider intense.
What results can I expect?
You can expect to get in the best shape of your life. You will gain phenomenal core strength, kinesthetic awareness, and control. Your work here will carry over into everyday life and sports.
Do I need to be a serious athlete?
No. Our group workouts are hard, but we have the ability to scale each workout to your individual needs.
How often do I need to workout each week?
Someone new to CrossFit might find three days or less a week manageable where as a conditioned person could expect to handle five to six. We believe our group workouts offer enough challenge that doing just one workout a day will meet your fitness goals.
